Discovery Meeting This is where we get to know your organisation, assess your staffing needs, operating values and criteria. Our specialists then create your profile to find the perfect match.
Candidate(s) Search Using our talent pool and network, our aged care recruitment experts will commence the search to fund qualified candidates who meet your unique needs.
Thorough Screening Healthcare companies demand impeccable compliance. We conduct a thorough screening process including police checks, relevant certifications, work experience and more, before making a recommendation.
Shortlisted Recommendations Following the screening and selection a shortlist of matched applicants are referred to you with relevant information to help you in the process. You will receive only cream-of-the-cream candidates, thereby saving you time by including only the
most highly matched profiles.
Final Screening Now the ball is in your court.
Let us know who you have selected for interview, so we can facilitate the process on your behalf. The negotiation will be made between your organisation and the candidate.
Success We measure our success by the number of qualified candidates to fill your promised positions. Once the candidates have been hired, we then finalise our agreement.

Vicki Turner from Coachingplus who has extensive experience in the recruitment and selection sector, has recently joined forces with Prabin Gautum at VIS Health, a Melbourne-based recruitment agency offering staff placement solutions across all areas of the Aged Care and Health Care sector throughout Australia. (since 2007) As the South West Region Consultant, Vicki works with new clients within the region and importantly, provides Personal support for clients before and after a successful placement. And assists the new employee transition into work-life and with the local community. Our aim is to ensure that an unbiased and transparent recruitment process is followed, resulting in the appointment of a high-quality candidates, based solely on merit and best-fit with an organisations’ culture and values.
