For over 30 years I’ve dedicated my career to helping people realise their true potential, enhance their career prospects, and seize the career they love.

As a Career Coach, I specialise in working on-on-one with individuals on topics such as career change or direction, growth and transition, with practical advice for all phases of their career journey. I also assist students who are looking to find their first job, and those seeking to re-enter the market following a career interruption.

With a wealth of experience gained from over 30 years business ownership in the recruitment sector as a Principal Consultant, recruiting and placing both local and international talent with business clients across various industries, including accounting, engineering, manufacturing, veterinary, agricultural, retail, not-for-profit and government organisations.

In 1982, I moved to Warrnambool and was inspired to establish VP Personnel, the very first employment agency in this region, With 3 consultants we placed candidates in a wide variety of positions and levels, across a range of different industry sectors. During this time, I founded of the popular ‘Employee of the Year’ award. And my husband and I won a ‘Best New Business Award’ for Terrific Tools, a mobile sales business we operated.
Following the sale of VP Personnel, and after a stint as a Recruitment Consultant, with Townsville Personnel, and on my return to Warrnambool, I was again inspired to establish Coachingplus as a Career Coach.
